Alpha Instinct is a lifelong wrestling fan and one of the original contributors to Ringside Trivia. Known for his encyclopedic knowledge of wrestling promotions, past and present, he brings passion and precision to every quiz and article he creates. From classic WWF pay-per-views to the rise of AEW and the underground gems of NJPW, Alpha lives and breathes pro wrestling.

Growing up on the Attitude Era and Monday Night Wars, he quickly became obsessed with wrestling history, backstage lore, and the unique lingo that defines the sport. His trivia creations reflect that deep love for storytelling and character, challenging fans with everything from forgotten title reigns to obscure catchphrases.

Alpha is not just a fan of the spotlight moments. He digs into the lesser-known rivalries, the underrated tag teams, and the subtle shifts that changed the industry over time. His goal is to craft quizzes that reward both hardcore fans and casual viewers who want to learn more.

Outside of Ringside Trivia, Alpha Instinct collects vintage wrestling merch, keeps an organized spreadsheet of every quiz idea he dreams up, and claims he can recite every Royal Rumble winner in order without notes. We haven’t tested him on that yet, but we believe him.
